We offer cutting-off wheels in a resinoid bond with and without fiber reinforcement with an outer diameter from 50mm up to 500 mm. The minimum thickness, depending on the diameter of the wheel, are 0.5mm and 1.0mm for the non-fiber reinforced and the fiber reinforced wheels, respectively. The cutting-off wheels are made of aluminum oxide - corundum or silicon carbide - corborundum.
Application:
The cutting-off wheels in a resinoid bond are used for cutting of most material with stationary machines. The wheels are highly applicable in the electronic, automotive and electrical industries for precision cutting of wires and pipes of precious metals such as Inox, Inconel and others.
